Legal Requirements

A wedding in Turkey can be held on any day of the week.

To complete the legalities of a Turkish wedding we need you to arrive in Turkey a minimum of three days before your wedding.

You will be accompanied by a member of our English and Turkish speaking staff to visit the British Embassy in Antalya. Here the paperwork will be completed for your wedding documents and translated from English to Turkish allowing your marriage to be both legal in the UK and in Turkey.

You will be required to bring with you;

	Your passports with a minimum of a six month expiry date.
	Your birth Certificates and copies of them.
	Certificate of Non-ımpediment-obtained from UK registry office (we recommend that you apply at least 5 weeks prior to your wedding)
	A Divorce/Death Certificate of previous spouse if married before
	6 Passport size photographs each.
